Division 16 Flotillas


Division 16 consists of five flotillas which perform services such as conducting Safe Boating Classes, Vessel Safety Examinations, Maritime Observation Missions (formerly known as Safety Patrols) and Marine Dealer Visits around the Jersey Shore. The Flotillas also enjoy the fellowship of their members as well as the advanced training that is received via the Auxiliary Member Training Department.

Flotilla 16-01, Gull Island, established in 1958.  Meets on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 1945 (7:45 PM) at USCG Station Manasquan Inlet, Point Pleasant Beach, NJ.

Flotilla 16-05, Brick & Toms River, established in 1966.  Meets the 3rd Friday of each month at 1930 (7:30 PM) at USCG Station Manasquan Inlet, Point Pleasant Beach, NJ.

Flotilla 16-07, Manasquan Inlet, established in 1958.  Meets on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month at 1930 (7:30 PM) at USCG Station Manasquan Inlet, Point Pleasant Beach, NJ.

Flotilla 16-08, Shark River, established in 1952.  Meets on the 2nd Thursday of each month at 2000 (8:00 PM) at USCG Station (SM) Shark River, Avon, NJ.

Flotilla 16-10, Metedeconk River, established in 1976.  Meets the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month at 1930 (7:30 PM) at USCG Station Manasquan Inlet, Point Pleasant Beach, NJ.
